Quick Meal

Over the weekend I went grocery shopping and bought a bunch of veggies. I always buy mushrooms and asparagus but it ends up going bad all the time. So! I thought let me try a meal with both of them and let me tell you!!! This is the 3rd time this week I am having it. LOL I hope u enjoy it as much as I did!

You will need:

*Mushrooms

*Onion(1)

*Asparagus

*Tomatoes (2)

*Garlic Powder

*Pepper

*3 chicken breasts (diced)

*Soy Sauce

*Bow Tie pasta

*Butter (1 Tablespoon)

1.Saute the onions.

2.While the onions cook clean and slice the mushrooms.

3.Wash the asparagus.

4. Once the mushrooms are sliced and asparagus is washed toss them in the pan with the mushrooms & pour in a little bit of soy sauce, about 2 tablespoons.

5. Once the mushrooms are browned a little add sliced tomatoes to the mix. Mix and let it cook for 2 more minutes then turn the stove off.

6. Once the chicken is diced/cut up and washed season it. A little bit of salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Then add a tablespoon of mayo and a tablespoon of hot sauce. 7. Place it in the baking dish and place it int the oven on 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes.11791756_10152900592426493_660682126_n

8. In the meantime, boil the pasta.

9. Pull out the chicken and serve it over top of the pasta.

10. Add veggie mix on top of the chicken and…

    This looks really yummy! I definitely want to try the recipe tonight for dinner. Do you have any dairy-free suggestions for what I could use for a mayo replacement?

      Hey!
      You don’t have to use mayo. Just hot sauce will work too. Mayo just makes it a little juicy.
