Simple & Quick Shrimp and Potatoes Meal

When I get home from work, picking my daughter up from Daycare and I’m starving this is a quick meal to turn to. You can use any other veggies you have to make it even better. I usually like to use asparagus and mushrooms along with what’s already included in the following recipe.


  1. Add oil to the pan and toss in onions and garlic. Cook them for a few minutes.

2. Add Green Pepper to the mix and cook it all together for a few more minutes.

3. Follow with tomatoes for a few more minutes so all the flavors could mix together.

4. Add seasoning of your choice. I love everything spicy so I usually choose Cajun or the one pictured.

5. Transfer the everything in the pan to a plate/bowl.

6. Toss in the Shrimp and let them cook a bit. Once you see some color you can add them to the plate with tomatoes, Bell Pepper, onions and garlic mix.








7. Same pan add a little more oil and toss in the potatoes as if you were making Home Fries.

8. Once the potatoes are almost cooked add the Shrimp/Veggies mix over top of them.

9. Add in Heavy cream. About 3/4 of a cup. Stir. Cook for additional 5 minutes.

10. Add seasoning of your choice over top and tada! (Cajun is what I used)

I garnished it with White Cheddar Cheese.
